• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human services, nursing, social work, or related service field
• Analytical skills are essential for effective development of programming, problem-solving, goal-setting, and providing quality client service
• Excellent oral and good written communication skills
• Self-starter with good judgment and integrity
• Willingness and ability to share the gospel of Jesus Christ
